If I follow-up to an article which is cross-posted to a newsgroups our system doesn't know about without editing out that newsgroup, inews rejects the posting. I think this is wrong, as in that way the response doesn't reach the complete audience, and the discussion gets split up. Our news admin only wants to apply "official" patches (he's maintaining the news system in his few spare hours), so could this be made into an official patch? Thank you. -- Biep.
