To eliminate any confusion about what the newsgroup is for, I propose that we rename news.software.b to simply news.software. It will when clearly be a newsgroup for discussions of news *software* -- all of it, including rn, vn and whatever else there is. As for subgroups of news.software, I am not proposing any subgroups at this time, as that is a separate issue. I am only the proposing the renaming, which eliminates the news.software.b subgroup for now.
