Despite my brave words earlier about a C news release before Usenix, Henry is not ready. So, he is now promising a release on February 23rd, by all convenient network distribution mechanisms: comp.sources.unix, anonymous ftp, and any other means people want to use. It is starting private beta test before Usenix, if that is any consolation (yes we already have volunteers thanks).
