Last month I distributed about 40 copies of XLISP 1.4. (It has since appeared in net.sources as well). So, those proud owners of XLISP should take note of the following: "An XLISP Tutorial" by David Betz (its author) Byte March 1985, p. 221-. It is very good, although it does deal specifically with XLISP 1.2, which preceeded the newer version. Finally, to preempt a few letters: Those with PCs and compatibles who still want it and who don't have the C compilers to get it off net.sources can still get it from me at $5 for the disk+postage, etc., or a blank disk + $2 at: Craig Werner 1935-14E Eastchester Rd. Bronx NY 10461 Or: PC-SIG (Ask for volume 148D, new version) 1125 Stewart Ct. Suite G / Sunnyvale CA 94086 (408) 730-9291 $6 + $4 shipping and handling. (however, they are a few days quicker than I am, and take VISA) This includes the executable (.EXE) file and full source code. -- Craig Werner !philabs!aecom!werner What do you expect?
