Is this a bug or a feature:
If a news reader puts a "Path" header in an article (GNUS, and
the Pnews that comes with rrn do), which is passed to relaynews, bad
things happen. Relaynews pretends a 'host!' to the path, giving you a
path that looks like 'host!host!user'. Then, relaynews uses that path
to decide if the article is local posted or not, deciding that
'host!host!user' is not. Since we have our sys file setup to only
relay locally posted news, these posting never leave the machine.
Should relaynews know how to deal with this, or are the news
readers at fault? Both GNUS and RRN are designed for nntp (tho both
work locally) which is why they want to play with the path in the
first place.
