[news.software.b] Need CNews patches

Please forgive me if this is the wrong forum for this query; I'm new
to sys admin.
 
My C News is at patch level 23-Jun-89.  I just got the 14-Sep-89
patch.  How do I get the ones between?  (I can't ftp.)

     Apparently, there is a patch to Cnews that I didn't get.  I have patches
for 23-Jun-1989, but not the 14-Sep-89 (or any others, if any.)  Could someone
mail me a copy?
