I've read the man pages for C News including newsmail(8), but I'm still unsure how to get mail from a mailing list transformed into news in a locally created newsgroup. The local group is already created, but I'm not sure what to put in /etc/aliases to process the mail into news. I'm sure that this is possible, but it isn't very clear to me how this is done. It's probably better to send me mail than to post since this seems like a "new C News admin" kind of question... By the way, I'm running C News on an Ultrix 3.1 VAX and find that it compiled and installed cleanly {kudos to Geoff and Henry since Ultrix is broken in several places including cc(1) }. More to the point, it appears to be much kindler and gentler to the cpu (a VAX 750) than the fairly old B 2.11 installation had been, and we can really use the cycles.
