I noticed that sendmail 5.61 specifies a grade of "C" for mail sent via the standard uucp mailer. B news does not specify a grade, so gets the uux default of "A". Is there a good reason for giving news a better grade than mail? Considering that my ancient version of UUCP uses the grade only to determine the order of transmission (I can't restrict the grades sent during any given call) does it really make a difference? Followups to comp.mail.uucp, or e-mail and I'll summarize. Thanks. :: Jeff Makey Department of Tautological Pleonasms and Superfluous Redundancies Department Disclaimer: All opinions are strictly those of the author.
