[net.lang.lisp] LOCK function

LOCK, in Le_Lisp dialect (from INRIA), is the equivalent of the
MacLisp function CATCHALL. The second edition of "A Summary of
MacLisp, Functions and Flags" by David Touretzky (CMU) give
[9/17/78] as date of entry in ARCHI.DOC.
This function, called UNWIND-ALL in the 82' draft of the Spice Common
Lisp, has disappeared on the last (84') definition of the American
Common Lisp.
