This is probably not the right newsgroup for this but I couldn't find any
more appropriate.
I've just wrapped up a 4 Mbyte (1 Mword) memory board for an LMI CADR
lispmachine and will probably soon make three more.
Now I wonder if there's anyone else that is interrested in such a board?
If there's sufficient interrest I'll probably design a printed circuit board,
otherwise they will be wire-wrapped.
If you have a machine with limited memory (< .5 Mword) you'll find that
the speed-up when adding more physical memory is dramatic due to almost
non-existent paging.
The machine I tested it on ran some simple benchmark at approx 90% the
speed of a lambda with comparable amount of physical memory.
