We're having a problem with rn whenever the first article to be read in a particular newsgroup is not available. rn says "skipping unavailable article", then says you are at the end of the group. Checking the .newsrc, I can see that it has marked all the articles in that group as read. This only happens when the FIRST article to be read is unavailable. I'm running rn at patch level 54 with cnews and nntp on an RS6000. I would appreciate advice. Judy Halchin cfjph@eiu.edu
