Thanks to all that responded to my somewhat naive question on C-news. I have another one. I'm running rn version 4.3.2.7, and have the following unexplainable behaviours: When reading articles, rn reports bogus numbers of articles available to read. Scanning with '=' command show there are some number less than previously advertised. Is there a fix for this ? When actually reading the articles, the top of the page displays how many remain unread '(516) more ' . When rn determines that there really aren't 516 more articles, he reports 'skipping unavailable article', and *sometimes* decides to skip all remaining articles, available or not... Does rn have some intrinsic knowledge about what I'm really interested in? Will it polish my shoes for me ? I think not. Looking from the outside, it appears that rn skips these articles ( previously shown with '=' command ), based on some algorithm I'm not familiar with. Is there a fix ? If you have a solution for this please drop me a note. Thanks in advance, -Alex
