Stuff like what newsgroups weren't localised, etc, so that it can all be ignored until the admin comes back from his 5 year sabbatical (:-) and says "Ok C News, please give me a nice terse summary of steady-state problems with the news system. Transient things like bad/* which have long since disappeared should not appear in such a report.
