You need to permit the default Distribution: "world", by adding, after
"otherrealms", something like ",world", "/world", or "/all".

I have no idea what this means and I'm sure relaynews thinks it means
something quite different than what you think.  You are permitted at most
0001 slash in the second field, to optionally separate the newsgroups
pattern from the distributions pattern.
