We are in the process of converting our system from System V Release 3.2 to System V Release 4, and I am installing C News on it. We are currently running a copy built by someone else on the 3.2 system but I would like to be able to build it from the sources for the new system. Is there some kind soul(s) that have sucessfully built C News (including thru patch 24-Mar-1991) on a 386/486 based Unix System V Release 4 system? If you have, could you please send me a copy of your build.def file? I would like to get this running ASAP before the old system goes offline and we can't receive news. Also, I am on sabbatical in July and August, so we need to get it going before then! MANY, MANY, MANY thanks in advance for any and all help.
