Due to cost, those long distance links had to be cut. Unfortunately, after they were cut, mail still tried to go through osi3b2 to get to sites such as fmsrl7. I attempted to have osi3b2 re-route such mail, but apparently some optimizing mailers elsewhere kept sending stuff back to osi3b2. My apologies for any inconveniences.
