Pardon me if I am asking this in the wrong place, but I have a good friend who is curious about how one (a company) becomes a newsite for the net. I haven't a clue. Can someone help us out here? Much appreciated. Jack

You find some existing site that is connected to the net and ask them to let you call them or they call you. You then are "on the net". You should then send in a map entry so that other sites know about you scott -- *************************************************************************** * * * "I'm not paranoid... the world IS out to get me!" * * * * ...{utzoo, decvax, ihnp4, cbosgd, utcsri, mnetor}!utcs!scott * * scott%utcs.toronto.edu@relay.cs.net * * scott@utoronto.bitnet Scott J.M.
