Yet another MIT site joins the net....
mit-mgm is a small VAX site at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
which has been an island (against its will) for 1+ years. Until they get
around to running the chaosnet cable and they become another small metal
stamping in the Great Athena network (or whatever), we are providing
uucp services for them. Since some brain damaged mailers refuse to allow
explicit path specifications (YALEVMX.BITNET, can you hear me?) it is
hoped a map entry will alleviate some of the small hacks that have to be
used now. Oh, the primary use is uucp and mail between mit-mgm and various
other research and academic institutions. I am the person that has set up
the connection and in general maintains the link (thanks to r$, too),
so if there are any problems, send mail to me at either mirror or mit-mgm
(hey, it goes through us anyway!). So, without further ado:
