I agree totally with Ken Arnold's comments about the record survey. In addition, the reason the survey wasn't submitted to net.records (I assume) is that the mere existence of net.records caused gross amounts of controversy about appropriate newsgroups for music-related articles. A number of net users (myself included) suggested solving THAT controversy by dumping everything remotely related to music into net.music, and most other net users have apparently concurred. Let's not hassle with that issue any more! Greg Gadeholt
