[net.lang.lisp] Does anyone konow how to co co-routines/continuations in Franz-Lisp

I am looking for a way to have several processes running under the same lisp
interpretor such that when-ever one is waiting on input it can de-schedule
itself and let another that has IO waiting for it run.

Does anyone know a way to do this is FRANZ lisp or a way to
get Co-routines or full continuations {which can be used to implement this}
