[news.config] Eddie to be on and off the net this Friday/Saturday

Eddie will be off the net this Friday and Saturday, to can keep the
load down while we recompile/relink to deal with DST.  

We will attempt to go back on the net temporarily every few hours so
mail/news can get though.
