[news.config] gam@amdahl is no longer map coordinator

I am no longer the Usenet map coordinator for these states:
	New York
	Michigan
	North Dakota
	South Dakota
	Wisconsin

I have decided to move on to other things.  Please do not
send your map updates to me, if you had before; as always,
send them to cbosgd!uucpmap.
