Case Western Reserve University recently upgraded their Centrex System. Since that time phone lines just have not been the same. In fact they have made some connections impossible. Unfortunately one of them was our major news feed from cbosgd. Until such time as sCWRU gets their act together mail and news should be routed through hal instead of cwruecmp.
