[news.config] eiibank changes its name to beattres

  Due to various corporate takeovers it has become necessary for us to change
the name of our UUCP connected machine.  On Friday Febuary 12 at 12:00 noon
CDT machine eiibank will change its name to beattres.  The new map entry in
included below.  Please delete the eiibank entry and add this one for
beattres.  Thanks.
