The link from ncar to rutgers is currently out of action and has been for the last 2 days. The problem is apparently on the NSFnet backbone. All mail through ncar!rutgers is being held here. It will be bounced after 3 days if the link does not come back before then. You might want to avoid using this route for a while. Any mail that was sent through that link in the last couple of days is probably stuck here right now. --Greg
