[news.config] rel is down for the count

rel.eds.com is down due to a disk crash.  A new disk is scheduled to
arrive this Friday.  Hopefully things will be back in order by the
weekend.

Any MI map updates in the interim can be mailed to bobl@edsews.eds.com.
