amdcad is the UUCP mail gateway for the .AMD.COM domain. It also has rather sick disks. AMD is having a plant shutdown from Friday 12/16 17:00 to Monday 1/2 8:00, so sometime in that interval we're going to take amdcad down and reformat all its disks. It shouldn't be down for more than a day, but we've all heard that before. You may want to route around us until 1/2. For our immediate neighbors, if you notice amdcad mail backed up for more than two days give us a call at the numbers listed below.
