Killer's calls into osu-cis have been very sporadic lately. It is
catching up now: As I type, it has been logged into osu-cis since
8:34am and has dumped some 4.5Mbytes worth of news, all duplicates,
and an additional 6.5Mbytes is q'd back its way as well. Assuming the
line doesn't drop, it should clear in another 5 or 6 hours.
