How does one go about getting an entry in news.newsites? I'd like to become listed in the uucp maps (not necessarily register in any domains, uucp or otherwise, but rather just get listed in the uucp maps). I've seen all these messages with #E, #N, whatever - is there some document somewhere that explains what these stand for and what is acceptable for answers to these various prompts? Any info would be appreciated.
