Effective immediately, the Internet domain name for the University of
Pittsburgh changes from pittsburgh.edu to pitt.edu. In addition, the
central mail server for the Computer Science Department, formerly
vax.cs.pittsburgh.edu, may now be addressed simply as cs.pitt.edu.
The old names will continue to work for several months. A uucp map
update follows this message.
