Recently, comments have been made indicating that the newsgroup comp.hypercube had been replaced with comp.parallel. Several of us, myself included, seem to have missed the discussion leading to the decision to rename the group (if any). My question then is this, do I remove the group (comp.hypercube), keep it, or should we vote? Cheers, Ian

I ended up putting the line comp.hypercube comp.parallel in the "/usr/lib/news/aliases" file. It works for me, -- .... The group was changed to comp.parallel many, many months back. I believe it was over a year ago, in fact. It definitely was not something recent. You should make the conversion.
