I must admit that I have not been able to answer my mail.
I am no longer at Berkeley and I had to get my affairs
in order. Please accept my apologies here since I have
approximately 200 unanswered pieces of mail.

The good news is that work continues on Common TeX.

-- It will now run with 64bit memory cells which
	implies no limit on the heap size.

-- A half dozen bug fixes (including a correct dvi generator).

-- Spelling and grammatical errors removed.

-- Completely retyped so that I now support the IBM PC AT.
	Yes, turn your PC/AT into your Personal CAT!
	The Compaq 386 we have here running TeX is quite satisfactory.
	Also a 10 Mhz AT clone is acceptable.
