Could someone please tell me what the "Hershey Fonts" are and where I can obtain more information? What kinds of fonts are defined? Where can I find these fonts (I have heard that they are archived someplace)? Lastly, does anyone know if there is a Chinese character font among these fonts? Thanks. You can get a copy of the tape and the documentation from National Technical Information Service (Foot in mouth) I got this far and went to look up the address on the front of our copy of the documents...and can't find it. The tape we got about 8 years ago also had some Chinese characters on it... PS: As whoever gets you the address will agree, NTIS doesn't distribute the most cleanly printed documentation. Readable, but not pretty.

A version of the Hershey fonts, as well as some tools to
convert them to other formats (PostScript(?) and Vfont)
are available from your nearest comp.sources.unix archives.
The distribution is BIG -- ask your neighbors first, and make
sure you really are going to do something with them before
you add to people's phone bills. (Semi :-).
