What is pic, and can we get it to run on Sun/3's?

Pic is a troff preprocessor, like eqn, for creating pictures
(line diagrams) composed of lines, boxes, circles, arcs, and text.

Pic is in AT&T's DWB (ditroff package) available in binary form for 
the SUN from various DWB suppliers, of which we are one.
