[comp.text] Wanted: loom text/C program processor

Hi,
	A new column called "literate Programming" was initiated in	
	CACM this month (check it out!). This months program uses
	a processor called 'loom' to mix a C program with a textual
	description of the alogrithm, data structures, etc. ala WEB.
	loom combines text and C program into a TeX file for processing
	and printing.

	Anyone know where I can get a copy of this? Sure would 
	like to use this.
