[comp.text] CAT Typesetter stuff

Howdy.  About a week or so ago, a man page for the CAT typesetter
and a description of its intermediate language was posted to (I think)
comp.text.  However, it vanished before I could save it.  Could someone
fire me a copy, if it is still around?
