A friend of mine is currently using LATeX on a VAX/VMS system with
output going to a QMS PS 800 (the Lasergrafix model) printer.
He will soon be getting a PostScript printer and would like to
know what is available for markup languages running under VMS
outputting to PostScript. He would prefer TeX, so as not
to interrupt his life too much, but is definitly interested
in other possabilities, as some of his people find TeX
a little difficult to use.
