Some time ago I posted a request for information about programs that would
allow ditroff to drive an HP Laserjet+ printer. Several people requested
that I post the results of that query. Here they are.

Try contacting your hp dealer. They offer ditroff and a translator
as part of their DWB package for their own computers. Maybe you can
get it for yours.
[ Our Laserjet dealer can barely *say* Unix, let alone ditroff. I haven't
gotten a response yet from HP's own sales force. - cds ]

Elan Computer Group, Inc. sells a package called EROFF which is the AT&T
Documenter's WorkBench (DWB), including device independent troff,
nroff, tbl, eqn, pic, grap, macros, etc., plus bug fixes and
enhancements including bitmap graphics inclusion, and a driver for
your choice of printer (All HP LaserJet models, PostScript printers,
or Imagen Impress printers). Automatic HP Soft Font downloading is
done for the LaserJets. DWB and the printer drivers are also available
separately.

may be able to get it from the sysadm, sunybcs!kensmith.
