I know this is asking too much, but does anyone know of a Runoff to LaTeX filter? There is a slight chance that if one doesn't exist I may attempt to write one myself. If anyone has a need for such a program, letting me know would increase my chances of attempting one. -------------------------------------------- Mike Dedina Indiana University Speech Research Laboratory dedina@silver.bacs.indiana.edu

I wrote such a beastie a little time ago! I have permission to release it, so if anyone else wants it I'll mail it to them (or even post if there is enough demand). It tries to handle most RUNOFF constructs (with varying degrees of success). There is also a facility to embed LaTeX commands in RUNOFF documents as RUNOFF comments, to suppress translation and output of sections of RUNOFF text and various other little goodies. Source is in lex (sorry to the pure VMS community, but I never got around to re-writing in plain C) and VAX C.
