Is there any public domain code for converting between different
bibliographic formats? I'm specifically interested in converting between
refer and scribe formats. I also have a lot of references in my own format;
any code that could be hacked to do a 90% or better job of converting it
would be greatly preferable to manual methods. [sed scripts? awk scripts?]
