[comp.text] Large common bibliography with *TeX: Tib or BibTeX

I am looking for comments about Tib and BibTeX.  In particular I
would like to here from people who have attemped to set up large
bibliographic databases to be used by a large number of users
using either of these systems, but any other comments about
either of these will be most welcome.  I will summerize if there is
demand.
