Users of certain versions of troff (the package with ditroff in it)
may have found the following problem with tables:
tables inside of keeps (at least ms keeps) with horizontal lines
od any kind, including those generated by the box command,
don't work.
Specifically, everything between the first horizontal line and
the end of the keep disappears.
I am unsure if the bug is in tbl, the ms macro package or in troff,
though I suspect the latter.
However, I have some trivial hacks to tbl which make the
problem go away.
I'd be glad to e-mail the diffs to anyone who can use 'em.

Although why anyone is still using troff beats me...
I call it "line noise."
