Before I go off and write the thing myself, does anyone have sources to a DVI driver for a Xerox 2700 or 4045 laser printer (raster graphics device at 300dpi)? Also, does anyone know of METAFONT sources for other (i.e., not the ones shipped with the TeX distribution tape) fonts?
