[comp.text] TeX support groups?

Could someone please supply information on how to procure 
a copy of the LaTeX Style collection referenced in Vol. 
8 # 2 of TUGboat.  We have be unable to reach Mr. 
David W Hopper.  Is the following address correct?

Is there a network source for these?  Being new to the 
network and only having limited access from UUCP, I am 
not sure whether the referenced site is accessible 
from here.
