I have been using the package PCTeX more or less happily for some time. However, when I was using TeX at another installation, I found that the vanilla style file was not readily available. This meant that some things like \title weren't there, \def was used in place of \define [they aren't equivalent--- only \def can be redefined], and the instructions for \matrix weren't there. Is the vanilla file something that only PCTeX users get? My concern is partly because I would like to post some programs written using vanilla, but don't want to do this if it's too specialized. ---Charles Blair [BITNET: CEBLAIR at UIUCVMD]

Correction: I meant to say \matrix was different, but it's there. CEBLAIR
