I am trying to write a troff post-filter for our IBM-3812 pager printer but am limited by the small variety and size of fonts on the printer. Since I have a set of Imagen Impress-10 font description files and also the corresponding raster files I thought I could use these as down-loadable fonts. The problem is that I don't know how to interpret the raster files. Although we have a source licence for our AT&T 3B2/400, there were no source files supplied. Hence the "di10" postprocessor, which must contain all the information I need, is of little value to me. Can someone tell me the format of the raster files for the Imagen printer? (/usr/local/font/devi10/rasti10/<typeface>.<pointsize> on our machine.) Of course the "di10" source code would be better yet, but we don't want to pay much since we don't know if its going to work.
