A recent segment of TeXhax presented the following list of DVItoVDU (TeX DeVice Independent file to Visual Display Unit) filters. I was unaware of most of these and would dearly love to get hold of the AED512, ANSI, VT100132, and especially the VT220 DVItoVDUs.
