I am hoping that someone out there will be able to help. I am looking for a filter to convert postscript (for apple laser printers) to the junk that an IBM 3812 uses. Any suggestions on where to look or if something could be easily modified are welcome. If anyone is interested in this filter send me mail and I will try to get a reply to you when I find something. I case it matters, this is the set up: We will have ATT Unix PC's and IBM RT PCs running Tex( LaTex, whatever), and they can be configured somehow to churn out postscript. In addition we also have some microvaxes running VLSI layout software that can also print in postscript. Since all these machines are netted together we would like for them to be able to use the one laser page printer that we have, which unfortunately, is a IBM 3812 and does not recognize postscript.
