In trying to use the "Manual" fonts through PC-TeX we fid that the
fonts are ostensibly present but many of the caharacters are missing
when the font is printed. For eaxmple the "dangerous bend" symbol from
the TeXBook according to page 44 should be \manual\char127 but it isn't,
although other characters in that font are there. Any ideas?
