[comp.text] Ditroff ->PostScript package in comp.sources.unix

I just posted a five-part package that translates output from
Device-Independent Troff into PostScript.  It also includes
tools to convert bitmaps to PostScript.  Earlier versions of
this appeared in net.sources a couple of years ago.  It's called
"tpscript."
